HarringtonColonel Larry Harrington

COL Harrington holds a BS in architectural engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi, as well as a Masters degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and an MBA from William Carey College. Larry was assigned numerous key leadership positions throughout his military career, provided valuable experience in Department of Defense MILCON and Maintenance & Repair projects, and can provide valuable expertise as a licensed builder and remodeler. He has notable project experience that includes horizontal and vertical military construction in support of NATO Forces throughout Central Europe. In addition, Larry has significant experience supervising various kinds of service contracts and is comfortable working high-visibility projects and running large organizations. Larry also has 20 plus years experience in public relations with civic, public, government and non-government organizations.


HerzogCharles T. Herzog (Chuck)

Chuck is a Registered Nurse and EMT who served with the Manitowoc, Wisconsin Fire Department for 25 years. He was Chief of the department for 11 years prior to his retirement in 2005. His education includes BS Degrees in Biology, Nursing, and Fire and Safety Engineering Technology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior. He has been active in volunteer work with the Manitowoc Noon Rotary Club, and led a community drive to provide warm clothing to Foundation Hope for Katrina victims in December of 2005. He has traveled to Mississippi twice to do hurricane relief work.



LewisRexana Cole-Lewis

After witnessing the suffering of so many as a result of Hurricane Katrina thru the media, she prayed for God to show her a way to help during this tragedy. As a result, she made her first trip to Foundation Hope in December of 2005 and met Tricia a couple of days before Christmas day. Her life has been forever changed since that special day, by being a part of Foundation Hope and her newfound friendship with Tricia. She says it was the best Christmas gift she's ever received. Rexana and her new husband, John, live in Oxford, Mississippi where she is pursuing her dream and owns her own graphic design business. She is a graduate of Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La., with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and design.
